My Story...

Hello! My name is Zahni. I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 16 years. I never had any fancy tricks or tools to make things easier, but I have finally, at the age of 26, reached a point where I am actively trying to better my life quality.

In 2022, Alejandro aged 1 and a half year old, became very ill which the thought was that he only has flu, quickly we found out that after visiting the docter we were rushed to hospital to find out he actually has TD1. My life changed immediately and so did my families. We then came across Sweetner and Zhani and became equally as passionately as she is and decided to acquire Sweetner. Sweetner is now my future and through Sweetner I hope to assist myself and you as much as I can. We are selling these Freestyle Libre Plasters and stickers as well as other fun Diabetes accessories, in the hopes of covering the costs of my sensors and other needs each month. I will also be giving back to the community as much as possible.

It is difficult to describe to someone exactly what the highs and lows feel like, but these stickers and accessories have sparked joy in us. It’s in the little things. Let’s help each other make life a little sweeter.
